Seven Trivia Questions to Win a Vacuum County T-Shirt of Your Choice

Today is the start of the  trivia contest to win shirts based on the art from the novel Vacuum County, which I am running here on Art Shirt Designs. The author Aya Katz has come up with seven trivia questions to win a Vacuum County T-Shirt of your choice.

1. Why could Verity not make a call to her parents when she was arrested?
2. What was Saul Jones looking for when he first met Sam Beck?
3. What was Alvar Nuňez Cabeza de Vaca picking when he saw a burning bush?
4. Who was Nabal’s grandfather? Why was he ineligible to serve as a judge?
5. What instrument does David Smith play and what is the song Saul liked him to play?
6. How did Verity know that Nabal’s mother tongue wasn’t what everyone thought it was?
7. When did the New York Times decide to investigate Verity’s complaint?

Here are the Vacuum County shirts available on Amazon.

From those who get the answers right, two will be drawn to win a T-shirt.  Send your name and answers to the seven questions above to the email address Sweetbearies@gmail.com, and I will forward these to Aya Katz to select the winners a week before Christmas. Here are a few photos of two of the Vacuum County shirts.

The Vacuum County slogan shirt makes a statement from the book.
The Vacuum County shirt comes in light blue, and several other colors.
All the Inverted-A shirts feature the symbol from this press run by Aya Katz.

Bilingual In Case There’s a Fox T-shirt

The lemon colored shirt has the artwork from the cover of the bilingual Hebrew English version of In Case There’s A Fox, which is a children’s book by Aya Katz.

The shirt and book are available on Amazon.

The video also illustrates what the shirt looks like next to the book.

Irina Sitting On The Grass Shirt

I am wearing the Irina the cat sitting on the grass shirt, which has an illustration I created with fabric markers.
I created this fabric marker shirt design in August 2015,  which has lasted since I treat the garment with care. I turn the shirt inside out and wash it on the cold cycle, and then hang it up to dry, which has extended the life of the cat art.
The illustration was drawn on a neon yellow shirt, which is bright and cheerful.

The video illustrates how the shirt looks on a person in motion. If you do not want to make your own fabric marker design on a shirt, I have created a shirt with the illustration of Irina sitting on the grass over on Zazzle.

The Vacuum County Shirt

Today I received the Vacuum County shirt in the mail.
The Vacuum County Shirt features the artwork from Aya Katz’s novel, which is a painting of a bull she created herself.
There is a cool Inverted A symbol on the back of the shirt, which represents the name of the literary press Inverted-A.

Amazon offers shirts for fans of the books, and the Vacuum County shirt is just one of the many novel themed tees offered on this site.
